Grind Master Machines Pvt Ltd offers a state-of-the-art design automotive Crankshaft Microfinishing Machine, NANOFINISH NF600Cr Series. Microfinishing of engine parts extends product life, prevents premature bearing failure thus reducing warranty cost. It is considered a “mission critical” operation in a crankshaft manufacturing line. These machines for crankshaft and camshaft microfinishing are used by global automotive OEMs. The NF600Cr series is a modern flexible machine with 36% space saving as compared to its predecessors. The machine is equipped with NANOFINISH CNC control system and produces consistent highly engineered surfaces with 10% cycle time saving. The company has built and supplied over 150 crankshaft/camshaft microfinishing machines globally, including over 40 machines in China, under a technical collaboration with IMPCO, USA. The origins of Grind Master date back to 1984 when the promoters started by developing indigenous metal finishing machines. Until this time, all metal finishing operations were performed manually. These manual processes had limitations on time, accuracy and consistency of finish and resulted in an unhealthy work environment. The company over the past three decades has grown exponentially, offering one of the widest ranges of special purpose machines (SPMs) for the processes of deburring, grinding, polishing and micro-finishing to suit every industry need. From making 2-3 machines a year, Grind Master now manufactures 450 machines in three state-of-the-art factories and additional manufacturing support units.
