Microabrasive Steelwire Deburring Brushes

Osborn Lippert India offers a wide range of Microabrasive Brushes made up of original Osborn crimped steel wire. These can widely be classified as helically fastened and in wing shape fastened to the galvanised steel wire core. These brushes are designed especially for cross hole deburring required in automotive, aerospace, hydraulic and pneumatic components. These are available in two types: 1. Helituf – for tapped holes; and 2. Situft – for brushing of bore holes. Helituf brushes have the single spiral galvanised steel core filled with helically fastened crimped steel wire. It can be seen clearly in the adjacent image. It has a heavy fill to provide excellent cleaning capabilities whether used with power tools or manually. These brushes are designed for thread cleaning, drilled hole deburring and tube cleaning. The added advantage with these Osborn brushes is that they come with 2 holders given in the Helituf Kit which could be joined together to reach deeper or the brushes can be used individually as well. Situft brushes are the internal cleaning brushes having original Osborn crimped steel wire fastened in the wing shape to the core. These are designed for deburring pneumatic and electric tools and can be operated easily at high speeds. They are especially suitable for cleaning drilled holes and hard to reach areas. Being provided with the right holders, they allow a simple and quick adaption to various power tools.
