Micro Adjustable Head

Komet Precision Tools India offers a micro adjustable head, M03Speed, for precision machining to perfection – high precision fine adjustment with automatic balancing. With its micro-adjustable heads, the tried and tested M03 tool system allows bores to be machined to high precision. In addition the range offers micro-adjustable heads in combination with lightweight bridging tools. Performance features: unique concept – the micro adjustable head with automatic dynamic balancing in the slide; fine adjustment steps of 0.002 mm per graduation in the diameter; geometrically the same as the previous M03 design and therefore compatible; fine adjustment without clamping; from (24.8 – 206 mm (from (100 mm with replaceable bridge system); and high speed cutting (HSC) up to 40,000 mm-1.
