Maximum run-out accuracy and repeat accuracy < 0.003 mm on the clamping area ensure secure clamping and excellent work results. Various methods of actuation allow unmanned automatic operation as well as manual operation. Besides the common tool holders, it is also possible to use exotic tool holders as the machine interface. Regardless of the workpiece to be clamped, an individual construction ensures that the clamping device is optimally adjusted to the workpiece and the machine. Hydraulic expansion technology is almost universally applicable for every type of workpiece clamping or tool clamping, both in the area of external and internal clamping. Typical applications are in areas of turning, milling, grinding or eroding.
