Allcut India has developed latest portable Magnetic Base Drilling Machine suitable for drilling on plates and pipelines. It weighs only 28 kg and has 23 mm diameter drilling capacity and 150 mm depth. The machine requires only single phase 220 V AC power supply. Ideal for drilling on pipes of various diameters, it is very easy to clamp this machine on the pipes, thanks to the specially designed V magnetic base for rigid clamping on circular profiles. This machine is also used for heavy steel construction jobs and other major jobs of drilling. The drill motor is provided with a safety overload clutch system, with good quality carbon brushes and armature. The machine has a universal base for setting the hole perfectly. Two-pole electro magnetic base is provided for quick and perfect clamping on all jobs. With electro magnetic base for big jobs of drilling, there is no need of shifting jobs, as the machine is portable and can be carried to the job sites to make holes. The holding power is 1050 kgf. The magnetic base is epoxy-sealed and waterproof.
