The operating condition of conventional square pole plates cannot be recognised. Now those two useful tools consistently inform whether the magnetic chuck is activated or not. The principle of display is very simple: if the clamping plate has been activated, the status display turns to green, or the indicator pin telescopes. If it should be deactivated, the display turns to red, or the pin is countersunk in the plate. Since the display module functions without an energy supply, it doesn’t matter if the magnetic clamping plate is supplied with current or not. Due to the square pole plates of the innovative family-owned company, workpieces can be clamped in no time at all, and can be machined from five sides in one single set-up. If moveable pole height extensions are used, a particularly gentle set-up without deformations can be achieved. Magnos magnetic chucks are suitable for milling, drilling, and flat grinding.
