Chuckmatic Pvt Ltd manufactures in India the well know Tsudakoma Machine Vices, with mechanical intensifier, for CNC machining centres. Tsudakoma vices incorporate the mechanical intensifier for selection of desired gripping force. This feature enables to clamp solid and heavy component at high pressure and delicate components at low pressure. The vice is capable of holding the components to ensure the parallelism and perpendicularity of 0.02 mm. The design and construction of vice is such that it is possible to use the vice supported on the base horizontally or vertically. This feature makes these vices suitable for horizontal or vertical machining centres. The accuracy is 20 micron.
