Spin riveting machines are in 4 models as per the requirement of the component and process. Similarly, hydro pneumatic presses are available in different capacities and 2-pillar, 4-pillar, C-frame and H-frame type. Cam index rotary tables are also available in different capacities. Special tooling can be designed to produce quality products to eliminate rejection to achieve zero defect target. Automation can be done to increase production by synchronising the riveting machines, hydro pneumatic presses, bowl feeders, drilling heads, tapping heads for assembly of the parts, and packaging of the parts of different industries like automobile, electrical, pharmaceutical, packaging, auto parts manufacturers, SPM builders, etc.
