Energy Mission Engineers manufactures Sigma brand iron-worker. This is a versatile tool for any engineering workshop. The machine is designed to fulfil the day-to-day requirement of engineering workshop. It can perform eight different operations like punching, shearing, angle cutting, channel cutting, square bar cutting and round-bar cutting, notching and corner cutting, channel cutting, square-bar cutting and round-bar cutting, notching and corner cutting. Six different models are available. The structure is made of ultrasonically tested steel plates to withstand high cutting forces. The machine is hydraulic powered to have smooth and silent cutting operation. Also the hydraulic system design it self ensures the safety parameters during the operations. Hardened and ground tooling made of HCHCR ensures long service life and guillotine cutting quality. The machine is designed to perform operation continuously can be operated in different operation modes to facilitate working requirements. To facilitate mass production, it is equipped with accurate back gauging system for the almost all workstations. The hydraulic system and control panel is made of international quality components, which ensures longer, trouble free performance. Single shearing results no wastage of material during cutting operation.
