Hindustan Enterprise offers Involute Spline Broaches. These are manufactures as per world class standards, i.e., ANSI B 92, JIS, DIN 5480, 5482, HES, etc. Involute splines can be produced to gear teeth quality to ISO 8. Technical information: major diameter - 10 mm-200 mm; module - 0.5 module-8 module; diameter pitch (DP) - 8 DP-40 DP; pressure angle (PA) - 14.5º, 20º, 25º, 30º, 37.5º, 45º PA or as per customers specification; number of splines - as specified; job length - 5 mm-300 mm; and maximum broach length - 2000 mm. For maintaining higher concentricity between major and minor dia, these spaced broaches, which cut major and minor dia simultaneously. Involute spline broaches are commonly used in various tractor parts, lift arms, coupling flanges, ball gears, gear blanks, hubs, etc.
