The company offers Chamdrill, an innovative drilling concept for the automotive industry. Each drill body carries interchangeable drilling heads for quick and easy self-clamped indexing. Indexable drilling heads ensure constant and predictable tool life unlike conventional reground drills. Each drill body carries drilling heads in a range of 1 mm and in increments of 0.1 mm. A range of tailor-made options is also available. The Chamdrill line is now available with an add-on chamfering ring for use on DCM drills. The chamfering ring is adjustable for height location and may be used for a maximum chamfer width of 45° x 1.5 mm (0.06"). It is available for drills in the 10 to 20 mm (0.394" to 0.787") range.
