Stitch Overseas Private Limited offers a high precision Indexable Ball End Mill, Model ABPF, developed by Hitachi Tool Engineering Limited. This is available in steel, carbide and MT taper shank ranging from Dia Ø 8 to Dia Ø 32 with following features: a nano composite coating enables tool life much longer – ATH coating is used for hardened steels cutting (45HRC-65HRC) and pre-hardened steels cutting where as ACS coating is used especially in carbon steel cutting and plastic mould cuttings; set up R (radius) accuracy is ±0.01 mm and insert R accuracy is within ±0.05 mm, hence, high accuracy is exhibited from ball tip to the outer circumference; excellent cutting performance and excellent finished surface roughness is due to special shape of central cutting flute; and multi layer structure of ATH and ACS coating cutter improves adhesion strength, film hardness and oxidation resistance.
