Independent Chucks

King Foundry offers an Independent Chuck. It is designed to achieve higher grip & easy to operate. It is supplied with operating key and mounting bolts. The body is made of heavy duty cast-iron alloyed with chromium and has a hardness range of 180 to 220 HB. Available in 2 & 4 jaws in sizes 65mm, 200mm, 315mm & 355mm. Jaw is made of steel heat-treated with gripping portion hardened to hardness 55 to 60 HRC. The screw and thrust bearing is of alloy steel hardened to hardness 30 to 40 HRC. Features: fitting on every part within close tolerance gives the chuck a very rigid and accurate grip. Better quality material with proper heat-treatment gives long life to chuck. Spares being easily available, a quick and better service is possible. All chucks are supplied with inspection chart cum mounting instructions. The other product offered is special purpose chuck.
