Diamond Boart offers Impregnated Diamond Dressers. These are also called as bonded dressers, which are manufactured from the processed blocky diamonds according to the grit size, concentration, and application where surface finish is the criteria. The advantages of the diamond impregnated dressers lies in its exceptional sharpness, which results from sharp edges and points of the broken diamond grit. These are ideally suited for the applications such as, dressing resin/vitreous/rubber bond fine grit and even so called ?grit free? grinding wheels, as well as boron carbide grinding wheels, dressing single profile threaded and v-profile grinding wheels, for general dressing operations on centreless, cylindrical, and surface grinding machines. These dressers are more economical because of their low initial cost and their resistance to shock and impact, which prevents shattering. Supplied with straight, MK0, MK1 Shanks or as per drawings.
