B R Enterprises offers a Hydraulic Vice, Type BR APVH0-130MC. It is a super power hydraulic vice for use in CNC machining centre. Features: super power precision hydraulic machine vice, angle fixed type, suitable for horizontal and vertical combined cutting and heavy cutting for CNC machining centre purpose; angle fixed type spherical segment ball can produce forces for angle locking, which can make the vice plate floating upward and avoid slanting of the work piece; powerful material: cast iron, high abrasion and has strong anti-tension, can keep long durability for abrasion with high precision; made out of high tensile casting, machined and surface ground to ensure maximum accuracy; jaw plates are made out of tool steel, hardened and ground with stopper tapped hole in jaw plate and lifting hole; and hardened and ground in-built hydraulic cylinder for getting high clamping force.
