Bipico is a pioneer and leader in introducing new technology for cutting tools in India, the first company to manufacture high speed steel flexible hand hacksaw blades, bimetal high speed steel, hand and power hacksaw blades. Recently the company has started manufacturing bimetal bandsaw blades for the first time in India in its most modern plant as per the international standards. Bipico tool bits cut cost by: fewer regrinds, reducing machine done time, reducing labour cost, reducing wastage of expensive work materials. Correct grinding method: use of soft wheel, appropriately dressed, apply light pressure and constantly rotate the tool bit surface to avoid discolouration or burning of cutting edge, avoid extreme change of temperature gradient. Do not dip the hot tool in cold water. Otherwise the tool will develop surface cracks hairline cracks, which reduces the tool efficiency and life, do interrupt grinding to avoid heat generation.
