HSS Drill Blanks

The company offer a full range of HSS Drill blanks in standard and extra lengths and in High Speed and Cobalt materials. The range of (High Speed Steel) HSS drill blanks is manufactured using superior grade steel to provide efficient performance to the end users. Ground drill blanks are the same length as jobber length drills and hardened (RC 63-65) and parallel ground (no taper) to required tolerances. All blanks have a bright finish and are made to BS328 / DIN338N / ISO235/1 standards. These are available in the following HSS grades:

• 1X HSS – M2: The tools are made from M-2 high quality steel.
• Special 8% Cobalt (SAE M42): Manufactured from M-42 quality steel containing 8% cobalt.
