Grinding Spindles, High Speed

Multi Precision Technologies manufactures precision High Speed Grinding Spindles, utilised for different types of grinding operations, i.e., surface, internal, tool and cutter, thread, etc. These spindles are made from alloy steel material. All the components are stress relieved, hardened and stabilised to maintain high accuracy even after long period of use. The spindles are fitted with super precision matched pair imported bearings, precisely preloaded and packed with imported grease. All the components are dynamically balanced for high accuracy, surface finish and excellent performance even at high loads. Labyrinth sealing at front and rear covers are provided to protect the spindle against infiltration of dust, chips, etc. Reconditioning of imported and Indian spindles is also undertaken.
