Four Jaw Independent (Dog) Chuck

New Manjit Industries offers four jaw independent (dog) chuck. The body is made of alloyed steel casting, guide ways in body are of heavy pattern and thus ensure resistance to distortion under the heaviest gripping forces. The jaws made of case hardening steel are properly heat treated for gripping and accuracy. The screw is made of high tensile MS steel and heat treated for durability, with acme threads and square thread with special cutter for maximum accuracy and gripping power. Thrust bearings: chuck from 8” diameter have double thrust bearings of robust proportions, hardened to provide long life and durability. The operating key (handle) is of high strength, provided with each chuck.
