- Extremely high accuracy of tool pocket to machine interface locating surface
- Each tool holder is made from high tensile strength steel and has been case hardened to 58 – 60 Rc.
- Shaft, serrations, locating surfaces, locating bores and clamping pockets or internal bores are ground
- Spring loaded clamping plates for high accuracy
- Coolant supply through easily adjustable coolant fittings
- Resistant to damage to the exterior surfaces
