Pi-Tech Services offers a range of End-Mills and Carbide-Burrs manufactured by M/s Cerin of Italy. The company specialises in the manufacture of sophisticated end-mills and deburring tools for working on special modern-age materials like: carbon-fibre; titanium alloys; graphite; hardened-steel of 55 HRc; steel alloys; aluminium alloys, etc. End-mills are used on CNC milling machines and machining centres for the operations of facing; counter boring; chamfering; grooving; polishing; and profiling. Burrs are used to do polishing of moulds and dies, and to remove the fine chips resulting from other machining operations. These tools are used mainly in the automotive; aeronautical; die-and-mould; marble and granite; wood and glass sectors. The raw material is imported by Cerin from the most reputed sources in the USA and Europe. The entire manufacturing operations are done inside Cerin’s plant near Verona in Italy. The latest CNC machines are used for the manufacture. Cerin is an ISO-certified company. It manufactures rotary burrs; end-mills; carbide tools for glass fibre; high-speed end-mills for aluminium and hardened steels; carbide drills with and without through-coolant channels; reamers; countersinks; and specially designed tools.
