Electrical Discharge Machine For Small Moulds

The Gantry 500 from Ingersoll Hansen is an electrical discharge machine for small and medium-sized moulds. The machine has a work tank which is 750 mm in width, 650 mm in depth and 420 mm in height. It can work pieces with a maximum weight of 1000 kg. The electrode changer offers 20 positions, with up to 48 positions optionally available. The workpiece changer has four or six positions, also with identification. The 32-bit computer numeric control allows the free selection of axis orientation, including the automatic adaption of planetary cycles. The machine"s generator has a 60 Ampere working current with 100 A available as an option.
