Electronica Machine Tools offers EDMs, Mega-1M ZNC. It is quite popular for medium to large job sizes. It is equipped with controls for superior finish and low electrode wear. Special features of are: highly accurate work head with quill running on pre-loaded cross roller bearing; linear scales for X, Y, Z position measurement; programmable Z-axis; optimum selection of EDM parameters; adaptive anti-arc circuit with safe machining circuit; 3-axis digital position display on screen; reverse servo machining; reduced electrode wear with higher material removal rate due to use of "e" pulse (Equi-energy pulse); high speed jump of 700 mm/min; and moving table, fixed column design.
