Parco dust proof chuck is the reflection of advanced manufacturing techniques and a continuing programme of engineering research to solve the problem of dust entering into the chucks. Dust proof chucks are pearls for mass production workshops where dust is the main cause of breakdown of the chucks and thus reducing productivity. This scroll operated chuck come with one jaw serrated mounted with the other reversible top hard jaw or top soft jaw. The serrated base jaws have a limited movement and are also sealed against any dust entry into the chuck. The top jaws can be shifted inward and outward to hold any diameter within the gripping range of dust proof chucks and hence overcome the limited movement of serrated jaws. Parco dust proof chuck increases the productivity and life of the chucks. These are also available in steel body.
