Also available are drilling machines in 32 and 40 mm capacity and Gang type (manual/auto feed). - Main spindle made of alloy steel is hardened and ground with internal taper ground having six splines made as per machine tool standard
- MT bore of spindle at final testing is 20 to 30 micron
- Drill head, arm and other casting parts of best quality close grained cast iron, Grade-25 (hardness 200 BHN)
- The spindle runout-20 micron while MT bore testing has bettered design standards
- All casting parts are made from close grained CI of Grade-25 (hardness 200 BHN)
- Taper roller bearings in spindle and double ball bearings in spindle pulley and one each ball bearing in body cup and bracket, totalling 6 bearings, for trouble free and long life
- All moving parts are of alloy steel and are accurately machined and ground to a closed tolerance
- Main gears, spindle pulley and motor pulley are perfectly balanced to avoid vibrations
- Work table has machined T slots and T bolts and provided with clamping arrangement and has double gear for heavy loads and is square up to 4° microns
