NN Combined Engineering Agencies offers Dressing Tools. It is diamond plated straight peripheral tool. It is meant for use on: surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, tool grinders, optical projector grinders, other grinders with traversing capabilities. It is designed to dress aluminium oxide and silicon carbide grinding wheels straight and true, removing previous forms or shapes, quickly and efficiently. Advantages: can dress thin wheels without vibration or chipping; dressing load is distributed over a period of time and distance; does not require re-orientation to keep diamond sharp; easily dresses aluminium oxide and silicon carbide; and improves surface finish because phonographing and/ or grooving of the wheel being dressed is eliminated.
