Cross-Cut Saw

The BBZ cross-cut saw is for reducing sideboards when sawing Bauholz. The unit is mounted between canter and feedworks. The sawblades, mounted on two vertical guides, are driven by hydraulic motors. The vertical movement is by pneumatic cylinders in a 2-speed design. Each saw head is individually movable. The horizontal movement is with servo cylinders mounted on a base frame. Each unit is individually adjustable. The maximum cutting depth is 76 mm.
