LIFE manufactures many types of CNC tool holders such as Morse taper adaptors, end mill holders, face mill arbors, shoulder cutter arbors, collet chucks and collets. All these tool holders are available in BT, ISO, KTM and Deckal type taper shanks. High quality nickel chromium case hardened steel is used for the holders. These are precision ground to a concentricity of 0.005 mm maximum between external taper and cutting tool holding bore. Each holder passes through a number of rigorous inspection stages before final approval. Quality control facilities include the best available inspection equipment to regulate the metallurgical and metrological parameters.
