CNC Turret Sleeves

Mulajkar CNC turret sleeves are manufactured out of selected and tested nickel chrome case hardening alloy steel, to withstand impacts. The units are systematically heat treated and ground to high precision to achieve high degree of tolerance for true running of the tools. The sleeves provide even and perfect grip on tool shank, which ensures precision machining, and prolonged tool life. Hence the tool breakage and the down-time is reduced, resulting in less rejections, improved productivity and additional profits.
