Chucks, Self-Centring

National Industrial Corporation offers a range of Self-Centring Chucks. The semi-steel body is made from high strength cast iron grade 25 of IS 210 with hardness value 180-210 BHN and tensile 400 MPA. Low carbon alloy steel jaws are case hardened to 58-61 HRc and have tensile 600 MPA. The scroll plates are made of high tensile wear resistant alloy and heat treated for longer life in most modern heat treatment plant. The pinions made of low carbon alloy steel are case hardened in most modern heat treatment plant.
