Carbide Burnishing Drill

Solid carbide burnishing drills with coolant holes are meant for drilling in short chipping materials such as cast iron, malleable cast iron, etc where accurate and correctly aligned drilled holes are demanded. Biltz Cutting Tools Company offers burnishing drills, straight fluted with two flutes in solid carbide that have higher torsional strength compared to spiral fluted tools. Biltz drilled holes have close diameter tolerance and excellent surface finish at high cutting rates resulting in high productivity. These are available in diameter ranging from 1 mm to 80 mm also for drilling depths up to 10 times diameter. Range of solid carbide tools supplied includes 2/3/4 fluted end mills, reamers, through coolant reamers, high helix end mills, 3 flute standard drills, through coolant drills, centre drills, step drills for tapped hole, solid carbide, and special tools.
