The Boring Head is available with unmatched features of double contact support for high speed, high precision, high rigidity, and easy operation and high durability. The company also manufactures multi-stage boring bar for boring at different diameters with the same tool. It offers specially designed inserts with specially developed coatings (Ti ALN and CBN) for substantial improvement in cutting parameters. ZMAC boring heads and inserts have been designed to optimise the new high speed cutting technology. Also available are modular ZMAC boring head and double cut boring arbor for large diameters.
