Accurate Saws Tools offers Bi-Metal Blade, M-42 Grade. This is suitable for cutting difficult materials such as stainless steel, monel, nickel inconel, titanium and all types of alloy steels, ferrous and non-ferrous materials. This blade is specially designed with deeper gullet for optimal chip flow, better tooth penetration, increased cutting rate and fewer blade changes, less down time for tough and demanding production cutting. Heat-treating unit for inline hardening is newly installed equipment. This new equipment speeds up production and ensures the high and consistent quality. It also eliminates the need for mechanical straightening process.
