Bi-Metal Band Saw Machine

Sai manufactures double column, fully automatic, bi-metal band saw machines in capacities of 250, 300, 420, 530, 650, 800 and 1,000 mm dia. They have AC variable frequency drive for the blade speed of 20 to 100 m/min for vibration-free machine operation. The machine height adjustment is automatic. Automatic feed regulator is for different materials/ cross sections. Blade tensioning device is automatic by hydraulic cylinder. A heavy duty hydraulic clamping device is provided with a pressure regulator. Carbide guides are used for long life and accurate cutting. There is a safety cut off device in case of saw blade breakage or any slippage. The machine is robust in design with a heavy duty gearbox. Automatic lifting of blade is provided after cut to the present height of full height. The machine can give accurate cut length with square cut faces. A continuous saw blade clearing device is incorporated including angular setting of vice for oblique cutting. A centralised control panel is provided with digital speed setting of blade for ease of operation.
