Bent Lever Press With Top Drive For Manufacture Of Prefabricated Components

Graebener Pressensysteme GmbH has introduced a top drive press with modified bent lever system for a rational production of prefabricated components in one operation. Due to the modified bent lever system, the pestle after recasting moves again considerably faster upwards than in the case of a conventional bent lever drive. By this means the feed motion of the tape and the tool acceptance are initiated earlier and the speed of production increases in spite of smooth transfer. This press combines the advantages of the eccentric and the bent lever presses.
