Auto Feed Drilling Units

Prad Machine Tools manufactures Auto Feed Drilling Units for all sorts of drilling requirement. These drilling units can be mounted in any angle vertical or horizontal. The drive is given by means of electrical motor and feed is pneumatic against hydraulic feed controller. These drilling heads can be used on various materials like aluminum, zinc, cast iron and steel. The drilling diameter is up to 10 mm diameter. Maximum speed provided is up to 3000 RPM. Stroke is available in 50 mm and 100 mm length; 150 mm stroke length is available on special requirement. These are high quality and high accuracy heads, which can be used for mass production and for special purpose machines.
