It ensures that the cutting forces are directed towards the guideways thus preventing the main column from being lifted off the machine bed. The hobber's design combines compact machine dimensions, ease of operation, quick changeover and easy maintenance. The maximum workpiece diameter with support is 380 mm and maximum module M4 (DP.6).
