Arbors

Precista offers a range of arbors to suit various applications. These include long milling arbors, stub milling arbors, and face and shoulder face mill arbors. Long milling arbors are manufactured from quality case hardening steel, hardened and ground to accuracies conforming to IS 8611-1977. Normally all arbors are supplied complete with a set of spacing collars, bearing bush, arbor key and RH clamping nut. LH clamping nut is supplied on request. Arbor spares like spacers, bearing bush, arbor nut, etc, are also supplied separately in accordance to IS 8618-1977, 8619-1977, 8620-1977. Special sizes of arbors and spares are available on request. Stub milling arbors are available in three basic designs to suit requirement of cutters. All types of stub arbors are offered in ISO, metric and morse taper. Face mill and shoulder mill arbors are offered for holding carbide tipped face mill cutters/shoulder face mill cutters. Also available are NC/CNC holders in different types.
