Vertical Turning Machine

EMAG India Pvt Ltd offers a Vertical turning Machine, Model VL 2, a highly effective, truly outstanding space saver. The VL 2 is a pick-up turning machine with which the EMAG engineers are fulfilling a combination of two extreme demands: highest possible output rates on the smallest possible footprint. Although the floor space requirement for this vertical turning machine is just about 5 sq.mtr, it is of an all-embracing specification, including fully comprehensive automation concept with conveyor belt, workpiece storage and pick-up spindle. In combination with vertical turning, this results in very fast machining processes. The machine features three axes + turret with up to twelve powered tools + automation. The basic VL 2 machine, a three-axis vertical chuck turning machine, catches the eye due to its design. The working spindle is mounted on the body front on a compound slide. The turret below the working spindle can hold up to twelve turning or driven tools. The automation system is mounted on the left- or right-hand side as requested by the customer. This makes the VL 2 ideal for use in production lines or in autonomous production cells.
