Smart Turn Electronic Lathes

Sri Yantra Engineers offers a Smart Turn Electronic Lathe, Pinacho. It is available in centre heights from 165 mm to 500 mm and in admit between centres ranging from 750 mm to 5000 mm. The unique feature is dual programming system, facilitating turning of jobs either with a conversational touch screen with ready cycles or with ISO programming using G & M codes. It has high torque at low RPMs, large programme memory storage using PMCIA card, linked programmed cycles for complete work piece machining from start to finish and high spindle speeds. It is used in three modes of operations such as a conventional lathe, semi automatic lathe using ready cycles in the touch screen and CNC lathe. This is most useful for job shops, batch machining of turned parts, machining of components of pumps and valves, components for heavy equipments, turning of jobs with complicated profiles, die and mould manufacturing and for turned parts with heavy metal removal.
