Special features: cabinet – MS strong 10mm steel fabricated structure duly reinforced to avoid vibration, and its precisely machined to maintain accuracy; Arrow-32 base is specially designed to accommodate more chip area with coolant motor provision for Arrow 32; spindle – main spindle is made of case hardened steel from forgings and precisely hardened and ground to maintain 5 micron accuracy; all threads are thread grounded. Imported bearings are used in spindle assembly; Arrow 32 spindle designed with four bearings to withstand heavy load; guide shafts – these shafts are duly hardened and ground and hard chrome done for increased life; vertical slides and cross slides – all moving slides are made of spheroid graphite iron, and machined and scrapped to avoid frequent wear and tear; barfeed systems – gravity weight operated system for Arrow 25; silent barfeed system with guide support bearings for Arrow 32; electricals used are of reputed make and free from maintenance.
