Rigicut Lathe Machine is suitable for semi-finishing or finish-turning jobs, such as internal and external. A single direction over-running clutch is located at the left apron providing simultaneous engagement of the rapid traverse motion of the apron while the feed rod revolves at low speed. Rigidity of machine increases a factor by 1/3 times compared with that of n-type ribs of single wall. On the apron, there is device, which can move rapidly and is operated by a single handle.

- The sidewall of bed is constructed of double-rib plates and internal rib plate employs combined structure of box-type and bevel ribs.
- Spindle is supported at three points; the front bearing is of anti-friction.
- A spindle braking is controlled by hydraulic clutch.
- Operations are concentrated.
- Both rigidity of construction and rigidity of transmission are high, so precision is stable and heavy cut can be carried out.
- Braking and rotating direction change of spindle is controlled by hydraulic system.
