Reedeep Technik offers a heavy-duty Precision Lathe. Special features: the bed is made of close grain alloyed, cast iron up to required hardness and seasoned after rough machining to avoid stresses, bed type – 2V and 2 flat; rigid construction of bed for taking maximum loads, perfect gap bed machine insuring accuracy, hardened and ground bed ways; head stock body is specially designed for strength and functionability, induction hardened and ground spindle of special alloy steel, all centrifugal running parts are well balanced; back gear teeth are helix angle; carriage is mounted on invert `V’ and flat guideway of the bed; the carriage is wide enough to have a maximum bearing surface with rigid tool support; the slides are accurately scrapped; and the apron is totally enclosed in oil bath system, lever type arrangement for automatic feeds, T-slot on carriage for mounting special features. General: graduation dial for tail stock and apron wheel movement; and metric system micro collar for all screws and nuts, tail stock sleeve is tang shank type for heavy drilling. Standard accessories: chuck plate, change gear set, centre adaptor, two nos. dead centres, dial indicator, square tool post, tool post key.
