Precision lathe, all geared heavy duty

Reedeep Technik offers Satyarth brand heavy-duty high precision all geared lathe machines. Specification: bed length - 7" to 16"; bed width - 240 mm; height of centre - 175 mm (7"); spindle bore - 38 mm (1-1/2"). The lathe bed made of high tensile strength cast iron, for taking maximum loads, and bed ways are flame hardened and precision ground for high accuracy. It has a speed of 9 (Std) 18 (Opt) and range of (Opt) 35 to 1538. Its feed gearbox is of universal type capable of cutting whit-worth metric module and diameteral pitch threads, and its gearbox is provided with changed feeds and threads. This lathe is useful for turning cylinders, liners and other tool room jobs. The accuracy of this machine is tested as per IS 1878-1971 standards.
