These are available in centre height 175 mm to 250 mm, and admit between centre up to 2000 mm. Model Hi-Cut-4005 Series all geared head lathe comprises of hardened and ground bed, American A2-6 spindle nose, RH hand wheel apron, square tool post and electrical item suitable for 415 V, 5 HP, 50 cycles with 3.7 kW motor. This is available in the following ranges: ABC-1000 straight bed centre height 200 mm; ABC-1000 gap bed centre height 200 mm; ABC-1500 straight bed centre height 200 mm; ABC-1500 gap bed centre height 200 mm. The machines are equipped with: dead centre with centre sleeve; dead centre for tailstock; machine lamp; tool kit; coolant pump with cock equipment; thread dial indicator; oil gun; square tool post; dog plate; and rear splash guard. The company also offers a cross wedge rolling machine manufactured by M/s Beltechnologia, Minsk, Belarus for making various shaft like components (per shift production 800 units or more) and preforms for further processing on drop forge hammers, etc. Besides, it offers other metal cutting machine tools such as milling, shaping, grinding, etc. Nikhil Enterprises was established during 1992-93 as marketing and after sales service company for metal cutting machine tools. The company was an authorised dealer for Mysore Kirloskar lathe machines, and has supplied, commissioned and proved accuracies at customers place. It has supplied ram turret milling machines, shaping and grinding machines, etc. The manufacturing facility was set up during 2006-08, and has developed drilling machines as per ergonomic design, with use of high quality raw materials. Where necessary, the parts are heat treated and precision ground, making the machines user-friendly and reliable.
