Brisk Tech Engineers offers two axes Polygon Turning Machine, Model BPTM-2A. This model has CNC controller with servo motors for longitudinal slide (Z-axis) and cross slide (X-axis). The spindle has mechanical gearbox with fixed spindle ratio (like 1:1.5 or 1:2). Spindle speed varies through VFD. These machines are suitable for even numbered polygons. Any profile with radius, chamfers and tapers can be generated. Polygon can be machined at the end of the component or at middle of the component.
