Reedeep Technik offers Ravi brand of heavy-duty high precision super model lathe machines. These have bed length from 7" to 16", bed width of 320 mm, height of centre 240 mm (9 1/2"), main spindle bore of 52 mm (2") as standard specifications. The lathe bed is made of high tensile strength cast iron, having rigid bed for taking maximum loads, bed ways flame hardened and precision ground for high accuracy. It has a speed of 9 (std) 18 (opt) and range of (opt) 35 to 1538. The feed gearbox is of universal type capable of cutting whit-worth metric module and diametrical pitch threads. The gearbox is provided with changed feeds and threads. The lathe is useful for turning precision and heavy jobs as also for turning cylinders, linears and other tool room jobs. The accuracy of this machine is tested as per IS 1878-1971 standards.
