The head stock is made of special quality of alloy and cast iron is used for head stock. The spindle is of carbon steel, very finally ground and runs in extra heavy taper roller bearings and helical gears, which ensure smooth and vibration free movement at maximum speed and heavy cuts. Gearbox: the gears are accurately cut and made on imported gear hobbing machines. Gears are always dipped in oil, can cut the Whitworth threads in range 4 to 112 per inch and metric thread in the range of 5 to .6875 mm. The bed is of close grained special quality grade cost iron, of inverted V-type. It is seasoned to eliminate chances of distortion and twisting. Standard equipments: four way tool post, face plate, motor stand, thread cutting indicator, one tray, one splash guard, chuck plate, inch thread fitted in gearbox.
