This comes with the following features: rigidly designed closed grain alloy casting bed with hardness 200 to 215 BHN, precision ground; all gears and shafts of head stock from alloy steels, hardened and ground running in oil; hardened and precision ground spindle of C-45 with taper nose; all shafts and pins are ground; improved type full length cross slide suitable for hydraulic tracer, both feeds (longitude and cross) are automatic and interlocked with each other; Norton gearbox gears runs in oil; quick on-off handle for feeds operation; electricals are ISI marked and controls within the operator’s fingers tips. Specifications: length of bed – 16, 18 and 20 feet; width of bed – 600 mm; height of centre – 450/500 mm; distance between centre – 3000/3500/4000 mm; swing over bed – 900/1000 mm; swing in gap – 1300/1400 mm; and swing over cross slide – 550/650 mm. Standard accessories: electrical motor, catch plate, 4-way tool post, travelling steady, thread dial indicator, two MT-3 dead centre and quick change gearbox. Extra accessories: electrical coolant pump, spot light, catch plate, face plate, fixed steady, taper turning attachment, machine electro magnetic brake, splash guard, 3-jaw self centring chuck and 4-jaw independent dog chuck.
