Lathe Machine with 40’ Planer Bed

Chaitanya Machine Tools Industries, for the first time in India, has achieved a breakthrough in lathe machine manufacturing by designing a Lathe Machine having a 40 feet long (single piece), 48” (1250 mm) wide planer type bed. The machine comes with two “V”, three flat hardened, ground guide ways with 48” (1250 mm) height of centre head stock with the holding and machining capacity of 30 tonnes; diameter 1600 mm; 10,000 mm long job, and also having capability of turning, facing, drilling, threading, key way milling and grinding operation all in one machine. This machine is running very successfully with total customer satisfaction.
